Rush is coming off ACL surgery while preparing for last year's draft. Now 22, Rush needs to prove to critics that he is healthy and ready to get back into NBA form.

Rush has tough task of being a team player, but at the same time standout to NBA general managers.  He will however benefit from weak shooting guard draft coming in 2008.   Great demeanour and winning attitude should impress someone enough to take chance on his health and growth.

Outstanding performances to start the season in wins over Arizona and Florida Atlantic.  He poured in 17 points in each game, showing off the three-point stroke that impresses our team.  43% from behind the arc and a 6'11 wingspan will get our attention anytime.

Outstanding athlete who possess skills needed to become shutdown defender in NBA, but needs to get confidence back in knee.  Still not making sharp cuts on defense and not rebounding especially well for his size.   Currently he is averaging only about 3.5 boards a game for Coach Self.
